De Pho. Chatswood

 This week our food journey takes me to a small yet busy Vietnamese and Chinese Restaurants, De Pho located in Chatswood. I always come to this restaurant when i have cravings for "Pho" personally i think they have the best Pho within the Chatswood and surrounding areas.

Just a quick intro if your not sure whats is Pho its a Vietnamese rice noodle soup, usually served with beef ( Pho bo) or chicken (Pho ga) and topped with Vietnamese mint,onions,shallots and bean spouts. the soup based is simmered for hours to enhanced the richness and flavor of the beef bone soup. 

This place get  very busy during lunch and dinner hours, but once you're sited the food comes very fast( its like fast food but healthy and delicious).

We ordered two Phos, the first one was the crispy chicken with beef  rice noodle soup and i decided to order the special combination Pho. The combination is a mixture of rare beef, beef balls and beef tendons, swimming in the fragrant beef soup .
